4. Water, as needed

3. Green chilies, finely chopped (as per taste)

Instructions:

1. **Prepare the Dough:**

   a. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, grated beetroot,ajwain  and a pinch of salt.

   b. Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a smooth and soft dough. Adjust water as needed.

   c. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 15-20 minutes.

2. **Prepare the Stuffing :**

   a. In a separate bowl, mix grated paneer, chopped coriander leaves, green chilies, garam masala, and salt. This will be your stuffing.

3. **Assemble the Parathas:**

   a. Divide the dough into small, lemon-sized balls.

   b. Take one ball, flatten it, and place a portion of the stuffing in the center (if using stuffing).
