- Matka (clay pots) or any other molds for freezing

** Instructions:**

1. **Preparation:**

   - Soak the chopped dried fruits in warm water for 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.

   - Crush the saffron strands in a mortar and pestle and soak them in a tablespoon of warm milk. Set aside.

2. **Making the Kulfi Mixture:**

   - In a heavy-bottomed pan, pour the milk and bring it to a boil over medium heat.
