Ingredients:
- 4 cups murmura (puffed rice)
- 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium-sized tomato, finely chopped
- 1 small cucumber, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- 3-4 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon tamarind chutney
- 1 tablespoon green chutney (coriander-mint chutney)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Chaat masala (optional)
- Sev (thin chickpea noodles) for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, add the murmura (puffed rice).
2. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, green chilies, and coriander leaves to the bowl.
3. Add roasted peanuts to the mixture for extra crunch and flavor.
4. Now add tamarind chutney and green chutney to the bowl. Adjust the quantity based on your preference for sweetness and spiciness.
5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture.
